PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

When paying through credit card it can take around 1 week for the payment to clear. Then your item can be shipped.

PRE ORDERS

Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, payment cleared then you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information.

We can only advise you of the estimated delivery date and will make all efforts to get your order to you in the time period specified.

We do not offer any discount, exchange or refund due to late delivery of goods.

UPDATING ORDERS

Once your order is placed, it promptly enters processing, making changes or updates difficult. However, we encourage you to contact us, and we'll explore any possible assistance or solutions to address your specific situation. Your satisfaction remains our top priority.

If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGE FOR AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

International clients are responsible for paying taxes and duties related to their shipments. Unfortunately, we cannot provide specific advice on potential customs charges, as these are determined by the carrier and local laws.

Any applicable customs charges will be the responsibility of the customer and won't be covered by us. For accurate information, we recommend contacting your local customs office to understand any potential delivery charges in advance. This helps prevent any unexpected fees upon delivery.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
