REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns on items purchased on embraceyourlace.com if they are requested within 14 days of the date your order was received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
This excludes custom orders (custom length, density, style, size, colour or any change requested)
Items marked as sale or on sale at 50% off or over are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Returns and exchanges on Lace Wigs will be subject to a £15 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

For the purpose of hygiene and for refunds to be granted, we request that the buyer wears a wig cap when trying on the purchased Lace Wig.
Any item that has been altered either chemically or physically no longer qualifies for a refund. This includes but is not limited to any of the following:
DO NOT alter the Lace Wig in any way
DO NOT cut the lace
DO NOT wash or condition the Lace Wig
DO NOT tear the Lace Wig
DO NOT style or cut the hair of the Lace Wig
DO NOT put heat appliances on the Lace Wig
DO NOT put glue or adhesive on the Lace Wig
DO NOT put products on the Lace Wig
DO NOT put any chemicals on the Lace Wig
DO NOT dye the Lace Wig
DO NOT perm the Lace Wig
Please take your time when applying or removing your Lace Wig and always follow the care instructions that are given with your purchase.
We will not be responsible for Lace Wigs that are ripped, torn or damaged by the customer, or any one else after purchase. Lace Wigs that are ripped or torn by the customer are not subject to an exchange or refund. You must read understand and agree to act accordingly to the above policy before purchasing a Lace Wig.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 1-3 business days. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Note that refunds can take up to 14 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times.
Shipping Fees, Taxes and Duties
Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund. The buyer will be responsible for the returned items until they reach us. If sending back internationally, the buyer must complete the customs declaration form correctly and clearly indicate to customs that the wig is a "returning wig back to the retailer".

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return, please contact our Customer Care Team here within 14 days of receiving your item.
When we have acknowledged your request for a refund / exchange, please:
1.A returns slip will be emailed to you. Please include this slip in the return package.
2.International please use DHL and inform us of the tracking number. We recommend insuring your package
UK clients please use Royal Mail Special Recorded Delivery and inform us of the tracking number. We recommend insuring your package.
The description of goods should be ‘Returning wig back to retailer’.
3. Any custom fees/taxes need to be paid by the customer.
4. Please return non customised goods within 14 days of receipt.
We will not be held responsible for any lost exchanges or returns.
